The first stage is to satisfy the planning requirements of any given project via a Landscape Plan. These drawings can be commissioned to meet specific planning conditions for a proposed project, including basic design layouts, proposed materials, planting schedules, boundary treatments, screening and access issues.
Once planning is granted we can then detail our proposals to a higher level of information for when the project goes to construction. This includes detailed master planning and design layouts, full planting plans as well as setting out plans and lighting plans for any given project, whether it be for a singular house within a plot or for individual plots within the context of a larger development.
Other related services include the production of specifications, bills of quantities and tender documentation, if necessary.
