The brief was to create a modern family garden for outdoor living and entertaining, as well as giving plenty of space for kids’ play areas and open lawn.
The original garden was heavily sloped, so the design created different usable level areas throughout the garden including a main terrace space across the house, a second patio halfway up to the lawn and a raised seating area at the top of the garden.
Materials used were dark granite for the paving and wall cladding, timber sleepers, cobbles and natural stone boundary walls.
