The lower terrace from the back of the house leads up to an open lawn, surrounded by planting. A summerhouse with small patio is located to the sunnier side of the garden and curved lawn paths lead through Birch trees and woodland planting on the shadier side. Planting borders around the garden provide seasonal colour and interest, and plenty of new trees add height and interest.
Sculptures add further interest and focal points around the garden.
